Describe a time where you had to learn something different?
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Comcast (Alpharetta, GA) in May 2013
Interview
They lie in the interview, saying that you will be calling customers who already want the service. They will tell you that selling the service to customers, will be very easy when in actuality most customers ask to be put on the do not call list, or you get voicemails more than anything.

3 part interview process . The first two were fairly simplest the third one was a little intimidating just because of how in depth the questions were . Back ground check only took 7 days to come back . So all in all I give it a 10/10
