Comcast Customer Service - Business Support interview questions

They had me jump through hoops for almost 2 weeks. Apply, reapply on site, assessment test, and another test with personality questions. Then an interview! Well, this person was from human resources, and quite nice. It lasted about 30 minutes, and she sent my information , etc for the manager of the department. He or She is the one to say yes or no. I should have an appointment with them on Monday. It is now Thursday. No appointment, and she didnt even respond to my email! What in the world is this ??? Such a waste of my time.
