Comcast Sales Management Fast Track interview questions

I applied for a Sales Management position. When I arrived for my interview, there were five or six others waiting for a "class", as the receptionist had put it. It turns out they were actually recruiting people for their entry level Customer Service positions, not what I had been led to believe. I asked about it and got very little in the way of an explanation.
