The interview process were short and efficient comprising of 4 -stages: one-on-one with internal Recruiter (Talent Acquisition), one-to-many with the team, one-on-one with Hiring Manager, and lastly one-on-one Regional Sales Account Manager. Interviews were conducted via video conferencing. The purpose of the interview process was to determine if candidate is qualified, possessing the skills and experience needed to fulfil the role and evaluate the right cultural fit.
