The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Con Edison
Interview
Multiple interviews with former GOLD associates and current employees. 99% of the questions were read from pre-made sheets. Of those questions about 90% involved behavioral based questions. They are more concerned with your people and customer service skills than anything else it seems.
Questions ranged from:
What do you know about Con Edison?
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Why this company?
Tell me about a difficult situation?
What would you do if your boss resigned and you got his position?
Also be able to speak about your resume and leadership skills.

Question 1
Tell me about a project your worked on, and what was your role. How would you deal with a peer/coworker who wouldn't pull their weight.

Interview
I went to the career fair on campus, and have a short talk with the employer. After describing my research experience, I was recommended the Gold Associate program, and was asked to apply online if interested.
I applied online. I interviewed at Con Edison (New York, NY)
Interview
Skipped over the phone interview. They just called me to invite me to come in person. Interview was pretty straight forward, asked questions from a packet they had to fill out. It was two separate interviews asking my questions at the same time. They told me they'd reach out within 2-3 weeks to let me know if I got to the second round or not. It has been over 2 months and haven't heard anything. I even emailed the lady from HR who set up my interview and got no response. If you are going to promise feedback to candidates you should follow through. I am assuming I didn't get it, but very unprofessional.

Interview
apparently they have no clue how to see a good candidate. They give preference to an outsider over a coop. They hire ppl that do not deserve and they do not hire ppl that deserve. Really clueless
