Very structured interview. The aptitude test was not easy at all. Not because of the content but because of the lack of time. You have to make sure to time yourself properly. I had over 40 people in the room with me. Only 10 of us remained at the end.

Interview
The interview was long and in-depth but covered things that seemed like appropriate gauges for the role's expectations. Be prepared to show your best face and customer friendliness. Make it clear that you can separate business from personal.
Interview Process was pretty easy and straight to the point. Questions asked were pretty much scenario based questions. The interview was with two people each asking you one scenario at a time. Wasn’t difficult. Just think before responding and you shall be good.

The interview process was pretty lengthy. During the interview, the majority of the questions were scenario related. The other portions were about prior experience with customer service. Certain questions were harder than others, but an overall good experience.
