When you join the interview you'll be asked to do a speed test with Google Fiber. You'll email the results to the recruiter. For the results you need to have at least 10 download and 3 upload. Then an overview of the company and position will be given. Next, I was asked four interview questions. Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer, tell me about a time you gave exceptional customer service, tell me about a time you went above and beyond, and finally, tell me about a time you had to take on something new and how did it turn out(can be unrelated to work). Afterwards, you'll be asked to show your work location. Working from your bedroom is fine. It was a work from home virtual interview THAT wasn't hard at all. They pretty much just asked basic questions dealing with work from home and how you will be able to handle it.

Too long for the pay. A lot of paper work and things to fill out. So much information needed for such low pay. Constantly replying to emails.
