I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Conduent in May 2022
Interview
I applied for the position on 04/23. I was sent an email on 04/26 requesting my availability during the week so they could schedule an interview. My interview was scheduled to take place on 05/03 and was supposed to last one hour. I joined the Teams meeting a few minutes early and the interviewer joined soon after. My interview lasted about 40 minutes and I was offered the position at the end.
At the beginning of the interview I was asked to send a screenshot of my internet speed test results and while I did that I was asked several yes and no questions regarding my flexibility with scheduling and if I ever worked for Conduent before. Then I was asked typical interview questions like “Tell me about a time when…” and we did a bit of roleplay. Towards the end the interviewer told me I would be a great addition to the team and I was offered the job. The last few minutes of the interview were her just explaining what I can expect to happen in the upcoming weeks (background check and I-9 verification).
Overall the interview was great and the questions weren’t too difficult. I would recommend preparing your answers to questions about mobile devices and come up with examples of how you exhibited excellent customer service.
