      I applied online. I interviewed at Conduent in Oct 2023

      Interview

      It took almost a month after applying before I was scheduled for an interview. The interview was done through Microsoft teams. First has to show my office area and send a speed test result. Then asked a lot of questions about how would I handle a difficult caller and we did a couple role play scenarios. I got offered the job on the spot. Within 30 minutes I received emails about next steps and all the paperwork to fill out. The last thing I had to do was I9 verification. I am still waiting to hear from them after this step. So far it’s taking 2 weeks to go through all the steps including background check.

      Interview was pretty relaxed the recruiter was very knowledgeable and informative and helpful made me feel very comfortable it was like we were having regular normal conversations gave me a few scenarios I gave them the answers the typical scenarios about why will you be a great fit for the company your experiences with any technology name a time were you experienced in a different Fargo customer and name a time when you showed exceptional customer service

      The questions were to name a time where you face the difficult caller and how did you respond along with name of time you showed exceptional customer service also name any act he experience with technology as far as smart phone smart TVs tablets any of the sorts explain the process of walking a customer through on how to connect to Wi-Fi on their cell phone and to also upload their email or add an email account
