      Entry Level Management Trainee Interview

      20 Jul 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Irving, TX
      Accepted offer
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Connect DFW

      Interview

Received a call after day applied and interview process was easy. Declined the second interview after I realized the position has nothing to do with management. It is a business to business (door to door) sales job. Another thing is that they don't even tell you what you would be doing until the second and the third interview.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Connect DFW (Irving, TX) in Jun 2016

      Interview

The interview process is really easy and they ask really simple questions. I didn't do much and got an offer on the spot. They also sell their company to you the second round and make it seem really cool. They made me want to work for them. The interview wasn't bad at all

      Declined offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Connect DFW (Dallas, TX) in May 2016

      Interview

There was a first round interview with a Human Resources employee. It was more of a "getting to know you" interview than you trying to know about the company. If they liked you there was a second interview. You met up at the office and then you and an account manager would go and talk more about the company.
