Interviewed for an Account Executive role with Mark, the CEO. He had to reschedule the first interview which was no big deal. People are busy - completely understandable. Few days later we did the interview. Fairly standard first interview. Mark asked if I'd be available for a second interview which we then scheduled (though I had to check in with him a few times to line up the date). I had a family emergency which required me to ask Mark to reschedule. He was understanding and asked to follow up the following week to get something lined up. Nowbdespite three follow up emails over 2 weeks, much like another person who applied for an AE role with this company (look at interviews from June), Mark has completely ghosted me LOL It's unfortunate but honestly a huge red flag - a lack of ownership and respect for people's time 🚩🚩🚩

Interviewed by the CEO. It was a great conversation & being assured to hear back from someone. Its been more than 2 weeks now, didnt hear anything back. I know that recruiter or manager usually ghosts but here the person at that position ghosted. Didnt even bother to give a feedback or have courtesy to reply with YES or NO.
