Why I want to join, my experience in troubleshooting
I had 2 interviews for this role for the company based in Pune. One with manager and one with senior manager. The first round was good but the second one was terrible. The manager asked irrelevant and personal questions which I was uncomfortable to answer and asked ridiculous follow up questions which had no sense at all. The HR is also incompetent of their work. He was consistently calling me when he had to schedule the interviews but ghosted me after the interviews. What can I expect from an HR when this company has managers like this

Interview
1st interview with the recruiter - some usual, basic questions
2nd round with the direct manager and director. Consists of few parts
1. Watch a video describing a feature, then you do mock calls as a support agent
2. Questions about troubleshooting and other "what would you do?" questions
3. Questions about your career goals, interests etc.
