Interview
I applied to the role of an SDET and the interview was indeed an exhilarating experience. The HR recruiter was very friendly in explaining about the company's product domain and culture along with the expected tech expertise needed as part of the candidature. I had three rounds of discussion with different panel each time. The first round was more about understanding my comfort and knowledge on OOPS concepts, followed by the 2nd round which was mostly into project and specific tech stack discussions and then finally, the third round was about checking the fitness to Agile processes and a bit behavioral. All the interviewer's behavior was so generous in that way helping me give my best. Overall pretty senior people in the panel who were genuinely good listeners and curious to know more about you. So be solid in explaining whatever projects you have done with all the core tech stack involved. Overall, I was awestruck by the humbleness of the interviewers. The vibe says really great people to work with.
