Long chat with area manager. They told me at the end that they had an internal candidate who they liked so I didn't expect to get it. It was a bit frustrating as it felt like they already made their mind up before I even sat down.
Very relaxed interview however done in professional way, was just over an hour.
Seemed a great way to conduct interview, and understand the company as well as being asked relevant questions
You had to do a swot analysis and then it was generally a chat about the role and the company. The area manager let me know there was an internal candidate so I wasn't too disappointed when I didnt get it.

How you manage a team, how you resolve conflicts within the team.
A few chats applied online. Good if you can connect on linked in. I ended up meeting the manager in costa for a chat. Spoke about experience and job description training standards
