Fairly simple. They do a phone screening and then an in-person interview with two to three supervisors or managers. They can and will base the entire interview around choice words you use. If you mention Sam's Club or any Costco rivals at all, even previously working at one, consider yourself dismissed.

3 interviews with real life questions. Relaxed but stressful at the same time :) professional and kind. Communication was good for start date. Process to become a costco employee was good and informative.
