They have a team talk to you first...it was open to everyone which was a little disconcerting at first, but quickly relaxed a little. If you make it thru the first interview they send you to another person who determines IF you are someone they want to hire. Interview wise it is basically all the normal questions most employers ask. If you are considered for hire you move on to the drug testing and background check. Once you pass that...YOU ARE HIRED. They are very up front about everything.
