Walked in-person and was interviewed on the spot. First was with a supervisor and a manager, then I had another one with the AGM (higher level manager). Pretty straightforward questions and asked about my availability/etc.

They bring you in and talk to you one on one ask you a few questions and take your experience into consideration as they review honestly as I was in my interview I don't remember any really issues or red flags
