My first interview was about 10 mins, very quick. They ask me about 15 questions from a piece of paper about how you work with others, situational, and what did I do to prepare for the interview. At the end asked me to come back for another interview with a manager, then at the end ask if you can come to an orientation where the do a mouth swab for drugs and review pay and job details.
