I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Ottawa, ON) in Sept 2016
Interview
I was interviewed a little bit over a week ago by two very kind women, they made the interview much enjoyable than I would have originally thought. There were also two parts of the total interview and in the first part, the two women who interviewed me gave me tips for my next interview in order to boost the second interviewing manager's preference of me. My second interview was short, it was mainly about availability and what questions you wanted to ask the managers. Overall it was a great interview IMO, although I am yet to receive a call back. It is a new store opening and there are over a hundred applicants so the cutoff rate may be high. I was told I would receive latest by Sunday (which was today) and its almost nighttime and I know a friend who's brother already got hired there. I'm keeping faith that somehow I will still be able to get the job because I would love to work there.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Southfield, MI) in Jan 2026
Interview
Was not too hard of an interview. Asked a lot of scenario questions that will help the hiring team understand who you are, so be prepared to give real life examples. I used the STAR method to answer all the questions and I was hired on.
