Initial interview with the current Sr. HAS, then an assistant mgr, then two regional mgrs, finally the store manager. I was mis-informed on the salary/hourly rate, it is not negotiable, not one dime, regardless of your experience. There is no career path, the job is the job, that is it, forever. I feel like I wasted not only my time, but theirs. The mgr was not one bit happy that I declined the job, I'm not an entry-level employee, and nothing in my compensation package should have reflected that, but it's "big retail" I guess.
