You can apply there initially and then occasionally they also have hiring fairs which is done at e Costco Travel headquarters in Issaquah, WA. Once your application is complete they ask you to do a typing test to make sure you can type at least 30 wpm (I typed a bit over 30 and had a couple of mistakes and I was ok'd) From there they did a interview with a Hiring Manager and one other potential employee.
