I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Houston, TX) in Oct 2014
Interview
After completing application online, I received a call 3 days later for an interview. I interviewed with the assistant manager first. She liked me, so I was called back for a 2nd interview. The 2nd interview was primarily to discuss my holiday availability. He noted that I was related to a current employee and would have to contact his manager to see if I could be hired. I knew then it was a no go. Shortly afterwards, I received a "thank you for your interest, but unfortunately..." e-mail.
Interview in food court lol, very laid back, manager was nice.

Common questions are asked. Know what job you are applying for. Have some questions prepared for then as well. Take it easy and try not to be too serious.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Plano, TX) in Oct 2017
Interview
Apply online for all positions and numerous locations all at once, you'll get a phone call eventually. For me, it was 2 days after I submitted an application, for others I know it was months. The interview process is pretty straightforward: two interviews, the first with two assistant managers, the second with a higher up. If you get to the second interview, you're pretty much in.

Describe a situation where you've made a mistake, and what you did to resolve it.
