Interview
Two part interview with supervisors being the first that you meet with. If you pass the first interview, then you meet with a manager. They ask you basic service level questions about previous experience.

Tell me one time you dealt with a difficult customer and how you resolved the situation.
Basic interview process with drug test and one in person interview. They have you come in the office and you talk to the general manager. They ask you to bring your resume and they got back to me the very next day with feedback.

Interview
Was not too hard of an interview. Asked a lot of scenario questions that will help the hiring team understand who you are, so be prepared to give real life examples. I used the STAR method to answer all the questions and I was hired on.

got a call and set up an interview date in person. Went into employee breakroom and waited until called on and did a 2 on 1 where they asked simple questions.
