Apply on-line and wait nearly 5 months to got the interview call. Positive experience, easy and friendly. The hire process was very quick, just within a week, but I have attended 3 times of interviews in a week.

Direct, straight to the point, intimidating but friendly.
It was intense and short. I had two separate interviews, one with a manager and one with the store manager, Make sure to prepare and dont stumble over words.
