Interview
Was a really short, 15 minute interview with fun questions. I applied online and then was asked to come in for a 1 on 1 interview with the manager of the store. They usually do group interviews but due to COVID it was one-on-one. The manager was really friendly and approachable, so it felt like an easy-going and relaxed interview.
Group interview where there was an icebreaker, a 'what would you do' creative scenario and a draw a picture that represents Typo employee values. Was really relaxed and they liked chatty, fun individuals.

Interview
It was a group interview, around 15 people i believe. There were three different activities to do. The first activity was a memory based task. You had a list of items spoken off to you, which you then had to remember and tick off of a list of 50 items. The second task was getting to know the person next to you, asking questions, etc. and finding out their quirkiest trait, and say why the would be good for typo. The last activity was discussing about a scenario. "The manager has stepped out of the store, and you are the only one working. There's a mess at the front of the store, a line of customers growing, and then a stocksman needing to get through. What do you do?."
After the three activities are done, you get called up one at a time for a 1 on 1 interview. They also as you 3 questions, and you go from there.
