Numerical, Logical Reasoning and SJT tests each of a fairly reasonable difficulty, before a 7 question video interview. The numerical and logical reasoning tests were Korn and Ferry ones.
3 stage process, final AC included role play, group activity and final interview with wealth planner/manager, lasted 5 hours with a break in between, takes over a month to hear back normally.
Asked questions on how to build relationships with senior clients and tell me about a time you acted with integrity and tell me about a time you showed leadership.
Good interview.
