Applied online through indeed, received a phone call about 2 days later where i was asked several questions about my work history and availability. Went in to interview about 3 days later and the process was about 15-20 minutes. Met with a hiring manager who asked me about my experience. i had a good feeling that i was hired, and the next day i was contacted for a phone interview and was hired within 5 minutes of the phone interview.
Basic Interview, asks competency based questions as well as questions based on past experiences and roles. Interview is about 20-30 minutes in length and is casual. Be yourself and you get the job!

Interview
Really relaxed, now it's intense to see whether or not you can actually sell. You must go directly to the store manager and she will see if your competent to perform the duties of the job.
