Todo se desarrollo normal hasta la entrevista final con un business case study. Me quedé sin noticia y sin feedback despues... Los recursos humanos tienen que tener respeto por el tiempo y trabajo que un candidato dedica para un proceso.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Criteo in Aug 2017
Interview
I had in total 4 interviews with the team members, the hiring manager, HR (based in Dubai) and HR based in Munich. In between I had several catch ups with HR (the one based in Munich to check on the process etc.).
At the end of all interviews I was told that everyone "liked me" and that they want to make me an offer. I was told to wait approx. 4 weeks. After I haven't heard back I reached out to kindly check. I didn't get a reply. I send 3 more emails and called several times but I didn't get a reply. Since I really wanted the role I put everything on one card and emailed the hiring manager to ask about the status, but same - no reply.
Complete waste of my time and no manners at all. If they treat applicants like that I don't want to know how they treat their employers...
It's so easy to send a simple email with "sorry we can't hire you anymore" instead of wasting people's time and energy and burn your bridges. Really badly and not professional handled at all. Definitely wouldn't like to work for this company in the future!

Question 1
How would you describe Retargeting to a person who isn't familiar with Digital Marketing?
Started with HR and the moves to Managers. Both teams were very competent and the process was smooth. It lasted around 3 weeks the questions were relevant and the timing was correct. Enough time to prepare and good feedbacks received after each interview round. I eventually accepted the offer.

Question 1
Started with HR and finished with the case study presentation
It was a 4 round process; screen call, 1st interview with the hiring manager, panel interview with their team, and lastly a mock presentation in front of the hiring manager and 2 other managers. Wasted a month of time going all the way through for a rejection. Quickly came to see after that many people in this position do not look like me; they are mainly white and even more so, white women. Think its pretty obvious why I didn't get the role. Unless you're applying to this company for anything outside client facing stuff, you probably won't be hired if you are a POC.
