I could not be more impressed with the Criteo interview process. The team was highly communicative, which as a job seeker I greatly appreciated. Additionally, the team brought me through the interview process in a very efficient manner, always getting back to me with next steps within 48 hours of each interview. They never left me in the dark, always keeping me updated. Last but certainly not least, the team provided valuable feedback at the end of the process. The interview process consisted of a phone screening with a Technical Recruiter, two in-person interviews with members of the Technical Solutions Team, and a final video interview with the Global Director of Technical Solutions. The first in-person interview also included a written exercise to test my attention to detail. From application to offer, the process took about 3 weeks.
