I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Criteo (New York, NY) in Sept 2018
Interview
I was referred by an alumnus and the next day was invited to do a 30 minute phone screen. After that went well, invited to interview with 4 different people later that same week. Met with 4 different people I'd be working with in the role. Conversations asked me about my past experience, why I was interested in ad tech and the firm, and what I knew about the product I'd be working on. Got a tour of the beautiful office. I interviewed on a Friday and had an offer the following Monday. Very straight-forward and the team was professional and quick to respond to my questions.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Criteo (Boston, MA) in Oct 2021
Interview
Very professional, efficient & insightful.
Started with connecting with the recruiter for screening process. Gave me a great understanding of the role and what the hiring team is looking for. Gave me a very detailed outline of the process and kept me very well informed all throughout the process.
2nd Part was a Panel Interview with 2 of the Managers. Had a great conversation on my resume as well as how I see myself fit for this role.
Final Part was Case Study Presentation for Panel. The team provided me all the information and assistance needed to make sure I am prepared to tackle the assignment. Both the recruitment team and hiring team were super accessible for any additional questions that may come up.
