The process is very smooth and efficient (2 weeks to complete all the steps). Each of the 4 steps have meaning and the interviewers really want to see how you could fit in the role and in the company. More oriented soft skills than hard skills. Interviews are rather informal.
4 steps:
- First classic HR interview (30 mins)
- Interview with a team member with classic questions about motivations and background. They also try to understand what you are looking for to see if the company fits you (30 mins - 1h)
- Interview with the manager. More hard skills oriented with live Excel test (1h)
- Interview with the director. Cultural fit, personality, how you see yourself grow, 3 key skills for the job (1h)
