Very unprofessional. I had a phone screen and 2 rounds, each with one of the team members. The answers were pretty standard, but the hiring manager interrupted me a lot. Also, the recruiter had the audacity to text my cell phone asking if I had prepared for the interview, then completely ghosted me when I sent her an email asking about any updates. At least give your candidates a courtesy "no." Ridiculous.
