This company had the following steps as far as my interview process was concerned. 1) Their was an initial e-mail with the salary rate and requirements for the position. 2) The recruiter then contacted me for the position . 3) This was followed with a phone call which was an initial screen. 4) As soon as I was selected I was called in for a face to face interview. 5) interview was very easy paced and resulted in me taking the position.,
