The interview was clear and straightforward, the follow-up was anything but. I interviewed in October, only to hear nothing for 2 months. When I finally got a follow-up response in December, they were pushing hiring out to Q1 the next year. Again, radio silence until a follow-up message was returned in late February. The position had been filled for 2 weeks with no communication. When asked about feedback on the process and selection, no response. Fairly good example of what NOT to do in the hiring process and how not to treat your potential hires.
