There were 02 rounds of interview - technical, HR and negotiation was done over phone. Questions related to project planning, cost management and site execution were asked in the technical round.
HR persons ask the reason for changing current job, willingness to relocate if required, strength and weakness, family background, etc.

Interview
Initial screening with HR, 30 minute Zoom interview with hiring managers, 30 minute interview with TMs.
Great communication until the end. They said they needed someone immediately, and would get back to me by Tuesday. I didn't hear from them from 2 weeks, and then I got an automated rejection email. Very sad how the hiring team stopped being considerate and respectful the second they chose another candidate.

Interview process was smooth and straight to the point. Interviewer was nice and easy to talk to. He answered questions with thought and provided as much informtaion at the time.
