I had phone call interview with the company. They were kind but definitely showed that they are hard on their new employees-- seems like kind of a "prove yourself" type of company
One phone call as an intro, getting a feel for job more than an actual interview. would've been more interviews down the line, this was just an intro phone call to start out and learn more

Great interview process, I had several phone calls talking to multiple people in the organization. Everyone was communicative and quick to respond. Overall, I would recommend interviewing here as this company has a great reputation and friendly people.
