I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cushman & Wakefield (Saint Louis, MO) in Feb 2016
Interview
I applied for the job online and a received a call from their HR department the very next day. We did a basic phone screen right then, where he generally just asked me about my experience and resume. He ended the call by inviting me in for an in-person interview the following week. The in-person interview was fairly relaxed and informal, which was nice. I went in a small conference room with two people, who asked about my past work experience, etc. All very basic questions. They left and brought in two different people and we went through the same exercise. Mostly just light, general conversation where I asked about the role and they asked about my experience doing those things. I left, and the recruiter called a day or so later, asking to set up a second on-site interview with the Executive Director, just as a formality. He asked mostly the same questions about my experience and was very laid back. Generally, the interview was more or less to verify your resume and for them to judge your character. Very easy.
