I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Custom Ink (Reno, NV)
Interview
You'll have a phone interview first. SMILE while you're on this call; smiling help you sound more chipper on the phone. Engage and be personable. Above experience, they're looking for personality.
The face-to-face interview took about 3 hours long. First, you'll have an easy test to take (color counts, taking notes, etc). Your typing efficiency and speed will then be tested. Then you'll be asked to create a t-shirt design based on a mock customer order.
Second, you'll be interviewed by a couple of team managers. Questions are pretty typical of an interview; how would you handle certain situations with customers or team members. Fairly easy.
Afterward, you'll sit in on a few incoming calls with a S&S Representative. Lastly, you'll meet the sales floor manager. I was hired on the spot. If you're not hired on the spot, I've heard from others that they do contact within a few days (if not the next day) to let you know if you landed the job or not.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Custom Ink (Reno, NV) in Mar 2016
Interview
I went through 3 interviews. I had to post a video, do a phone interview and then an in person interview, which takes about 3 hours. They test your computer skills and actively judge your personality in reference to the companies core values. It was a friendly, engaging process. If you do the phone interview you have to download this app and it give you two chances to record your answers so if possible take the first one as a mock-run and then really focus on the second recording of your answer for each question. Pay attention to detail. A lot of the questions they will ask are sort of hidden in the reading you will have to do and relate to each layer of the interview.

First discussed current situation, why I was interested in CustomInk, and their overview of what the job was like. Then they asked some questions and continued discussing benefits and how the overall company operates. Then I took a test that asked me to design a couple of shirts based on some prompts, asked to do some math to prove basic skills, and asked to write an email or two so they could determine writing abilities.
