After applying and a 20-minute phone interview, I moved on to the in-person interview. There were three steps for this interview: site tour, interview in a small room with two interviewers, timed performance test. It was a bit grueling. I came home and cried because they said employees need to tell on each other for things they see other employees do wrong. But I'd heard it was a good company, so I gave it the benefit of the doubt and chalked it up to a long day and scheduling the interview too late and after a full work day at my current job. So, I sent a hand-written thank you note and followed up with an email a couple of weeks later to check on the status of my application. There was no reply. They never responded.
