Started with a phone screening about my experience and a few marketing scenarios. This led to a take home project, and a phone call to present my project to two members of the team as if they were a Custora client. After this, I had a half day on-site with the team, which consisted of interviews with 11 people, including the two cofounders. Overall I thought it was a very thorough process which really allowed me to understand the company, as well as for them to properly assess candidates. They were very timely in getting back to me after each step, which was appreciated and felt seamless.

First they scheduled a phone screening and after that they sent me a little project to do at home and present in person. Even though I didn't get the job, the whole team was really nice to me the entire time.
