Quite fast-paced interview. It started with a few emails with HR, then a 15 minute phonecall with a team leader. During the phone interview there were just general questions about what I knew. The interviewer was frank in that it was explained the type of company and work ethic that was required. However we both failed to realise we were not a good fit. They ended up giving me a take-home test which involved taking a photoshop file and turning it into a website (not my skillset/passion).
