I was already working as a Quality Control Analyst in the same company. There was an Internal Recruitment for QA position. I applied for it & got selected. Due to good performance, I was subsequently promoted to Senior QA in my next annual appraisal.

What will you do in case one of the projects gets a customer complaint? How will you handle it - giving feedback to the project members and making sure that the same problem never gets repeated in future?

Interview
I was first told that my resume was not properly written, and I had supposedly made it look like Id applying for a fresher position with no company mentioned. Unfortunately for them, I showed them the first line of my resume which clearly stated that I have more than 3 years working experience, with my company being mentioned in at least 2 places which were again clear to be seen.
But that day the time for the interview, as they were clearly not equipped to interview a 3 year experienced person. The interview lasted 5 minutes (partly due to my frustration of having spent 2 hours on a Sunday afternoon to come for the interview).
That to the position that they had made me apply for required minimum 3 years experience.
