DP Technology Corp. interview questions

Il colloquio si é svolto in Inglese tramite la piattaforma teams. Ho effettuato un primo colloquio conoscitivo con l'addetta alle risorse umane in italiano con due semplici domande in Inglese. Successivamente si sono susseguiti 4 colloqui in Inglese con tutti I membri del team di cui avrei fatto parte.

HR was quite friendly and responsive. First two rounds of interviews went amazingly well, including the manager for the position who was allocated abroad. Then it came down to the Italian level and, surprise! As if it wasn't clear from the start in my CV and explained in each step with all interviewers that I have few experience with CAE, willing to learn. Well, Italians wanted someone already formed, while the other levels would be willing to train the resource. An enormous misalignment between the involved people. Bottomline, it felt it as an incredible loss of time.
