Interview
I did this interview on campus. I was interviewed by two people, one person is the entry level civil engineer and another person is project manager with 7+ yrs experience. Basically, I can tell from the project manager's face that he is tired and not interested in me. But this is my first interview since enter graduate school, I learned that I have to be confident and energetic during all interviews. And trust me, ENERGETIC is what construction company is looking for.

Interview
Interview was straight forward and easy. They mainly went through my resume and asked questions. It was a very laid back interview nothing complicated. There were two people interviewing in one of their sites in the downtown area.
