DaVita Charge Nurse interview questions

Online, phone calls, interviewed by the FA, then the other RN who was also the Home HD nurse. There was a long time after I applied online before I heard anything, I kept looking online and seeing that they were still in need, but I never even received a phone call knowing I was more than qualified. So, I called the FA and asked about my application, turns out that they never received it.

I applied for a job online, within 3 hrs I was contacted via email by a recruiter. The next day I had a phone interview, 2 hrs later the hiring manager contacted me, this was on a Fri. The next week Fri I had a 1:1 interview, that was the soonest day that worked for me, I could have gone for the interview sooner. The next week Wed I did a job shadow and that Fri they offered me the position. This all happend so fast!!
