Interview
1. Phone interview with a recruiter who asked questions about my experience on my resume.
2. Met with the facility administrator and the head manager to do a second interview.
3. Today I'm meeting with another manager to shadow a administrative assistant so I can get a taste of what it is like to work in the company.

Question 1
The interview was a breeze and they were really easy and nice to talk to. They mainly asked my how I handle different situations with patients and customers in the past.
Easy. Quick phone call then in person was 30 minutes. Got a tour of the facility and discussed pay which was a little low for job responsibilities. Benefits described sounded pretty great.

Interview
Took about 1 week to schedule the interview, then was interviewed in an in-person panel. Questions were fairly simple. They were a little late to interview me, but understandable since they are a busy practice. +
There was an initial phone screening interview with a recruiter. The interview was fairly easy and just covered the job description, going over qualifications that align with the job requirements. Answer any questions you have regarding the company or the process of the hiring process.
