Interview
Was emailed by a recruiter she did a phone interview and a few days later I got an email from her setting up a in person interview with the supervisors. There were 3 different interviews on the same day, from different departments. They do this to see where u fit in best. Interview process was abt 2 hours then a few days later got a recruiters call with the offer
Make sure to study the company up and down, they like to hear what you know about it. There's also behavioral questions but not too many, and MAKE SURE YOU PRACTICE ROLEPLAYING SCENARIOS they like to see how you would respond to a certain situation and they do role play during the interview
