The hiring process was very long. Around two months from application, to start date. I applied online, and was invited to take an online assessment a day or so later. Two weeks after the assessment I was contacted by a recruiter for a 15min phone interview. From there, I was invited to do a live interview at the Davita facility I would be training at. I Interviewed in front of a panel of 3. Two FA's, and the group administrator who runs the STAR program. I was asked behavior based questions, which were slightly intimidating, but with practice you'll be fine. I was called two days after that, to schedule a time to shadow a seasoned pct. that took place the following week. about a week after I shadowed I was called by the same recruiter and told I was offered the position. From there they started the on boarding process, and emailed me the documents to complete for them, and the background check, and the form for my drug test. They give you 72hrs to complete everything. My start date is in another two weeks. I'm excited to be apart of the Davita village!
