Interview process was standard. Company culture is apparently lacking and it shows in the process and demeanor of the hiring team. Would have appreciated a more personable approach in the interview process
I applied through other source. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at DaVita (Brentwood, TN) in Oct 2017
Interview
The entire process took roughly 3 months. I went through three in-person face-to-face interviews with the direct hiring manager, two phone screenings with the recruiter and three video interviews with execs in California. When all was said and done they told me I didn’t have the experience they were looking for. I made it very clear in every interview what my experience was but they still dragged me along.
A sourcer reached out to me about a role, we schedule the interview, and the recruiter subsequently ghosts me and never shows up for the interview or doesn’t bother to respond to my email. Unbelievably unprofessional.
I applied online. I interviewed at DaVita (Indianapolis, IN) in Jul 2023
Interview
I loved the thought provoking questions vs. the typical behavioral ones. They were real world questions about the industry and where it is headed. It was like having a discussion with a colleague. Felt at ease and confident.
