Interview
It was one of the most relaxing interviews. They asked no more than ten questions. No questions about dialysis. Mostly behavioral questions. The whole interview took about 30 minutes. I did not spend too much time preparing for the interview. They would like to know if your personalities fit or not fit their company.
Phone interviews with recruiters before panel interview with hiring managers. Lengthy process overall from start to finish. Panel interview had a lot of questions from basic ones to more specific clinical type questions.

Interview
Extremely thorough interviewing process. 4 interviews over a 2 month period. Very pleasant interviewers, asked many questions but nothing that was not expected. Tell me your strengths, weaknesses, how do you handle confrontation, how do you react to emergency situations. They warn you ahead of time that the hours can be grueling, don't hide the fact. Offer plenty of training and pay you while you do it. No complaints so far.
